Terms of Service

Thank you for using Barterfull. Barterfull is an online community platform owned and operated by Barterfull, LLC (“Barterfull,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). Barterfull connects members within communities to trade goods and services directly with other members, using direct item-for-item trades and Barterfull Credits, a feature of membership. Barterfull provides the Platform only. Members enter into Trades directly with other Members. Barterfull is not a party to any Trade, is not a broker, agent, escrow service, insurer, guarantor, warehouse, shipper, employer, or fiduciary with respect to any Trade, and does not own, take possession of, or transfer title to any good or service offered on the Platform.

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) are a binding legal agreement between you and Barterfull governing your access to and use of the Barterfull website, mobile application, and related services (collectively, the “Platform”). By creating a Barterfull account, accessing the Platform, or otherwise using any Barterfull service, you agree to these Terms and to the policies incorporated by reference in these Terms, as they may be updated from time to time. If you do not agree, do not use the Platform.

The documents referred to in these Terms include, as applicable and as posted on Barterfull’s legal page, the Privacy Policy, Prohibited Content List, Community & Support Guidelines, Reviews Policy, Content Policy, Nondiscrimination Policy, Off-Platform Policy, Credits Policy, Copyright Policy, Cookie Policy, Safety Guidelines, and Appeals Policy, each of which is incorporated into these Terms by reference.

1. Acceptance and Modification

1.1 Your Agreement

By using the Platform, you agree to be bound by these Terms and each incorporated policy.

1.2 Changes to These Terms

Barterfull may modify these Terms at any time. When Barterfull makes material changes, Barterfull will post the revised Terms on the Platform, update the Last Updated date, and provide notice by email, Platform notification, or another contact method associated with your account at least thirty (30) days before the changes take effect, unless a shorter period is required for legal, regulatory, security, or abuse-prevention reasons. If you do not agree to the revised Terms, you must stop using the Platform and close your account before the changes become effective. Your continued use of the Platform after the effective date constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

1.3 Changes to Incorporated Policies

Each incorporated policy may be modified from time to time. Material changes may be communicated by posting or by notice through the Platform or by email. Your continued use of the Platform after a change takes effect constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.

2. Eligibility and Accounts

2.1 Eligibility

To use the Platform, you must:

The Platform is intended for use by residents of the United States. If you access the Platform from outside the United States, you do so at your own risk and are responsible for compliance with applicable local laws.

2.2 Account Creation

To access certain features, you must create an account and provide the information requested by the Platform. Barterfull may require additional information to verify identity, location, or eligibility.

2.3 Account Accuracy

You agree to keep your account information accurate and current. You may not impersonate another person, create an account for someone else without authorization, or transfer, sell, rent, lease, or share your account in a way that violates these Terms.

2.4 Account Security

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity occurring under your account. You must promptly notify Barterfull at support@barterfull.com if you believe your account has been compromised.

2.5 Account Closure by You

You may close your account at any time through your account settings or by contacting Barterfull.

2.6 Effect of Account Closure

If your account is closed, pending Trades may be canceled, Credits may be canceled as described in the Credits Policy, and you may lose access to account data except as otherwise required by law. Barterfull may retain records for legal, regulatory, security, fraud-prevention, operational, or enforcement purposes as described in the Privacy Policy.

3. Your Responsibilities and Assumption of Risk

3.1 Your Responsibilities

You are responsible for your own acts and omissions and for evaluating whether any listing, Member, good, service, or interaction is appropriate, lawful, and safe for you. You are responsible for complying with all laws that apply to your use of the Platform and any Trade you enter.

3.2 Assumption of Risk

You acknowledge that use of the Platform and participation in Trades involve inherent risks. To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, you assume the entire risk arising out of your access to and use of the Platform, any Content, any listing, any Trade, any good or service received or provided through the Platform, and any interaction with another Member, whether online or in person. These risks may include, without limitation, illness, foodborne illness, bodily injury, property damage, financial loss, disability, death, fraud, theft, or other harm. You voluntarily and knowingly assume these risks.

4. Listings

4.1 Posting Listings

Members may post listings to offer goods or services or to request goods or services. Listings must comply with these Terms and all incorporated policies.

4.2 Accuracy and Legality

You are solely responsible for your listings and must ensure that they are accurate, lawful, not misleading, and do not violate any third-party rights. Barterfull does not verify the accuracy, legality, quality, safety, or completeness of listings.

You are solely responsible for all photos, images, videos, descriptions, messages, files, and other Content you upload, post, send, or make available through the Platform. Barterfull is not responsible for Member-uploaded photos, images, or other Content, including their accuracy, legality, ownership, permissions, privacy compliance, intellectual property compliance, quality, safety, or suitability. You must have all rights, permissions, consents, releases, and licenses needed to upload and share your Content.

4.3 Moderation of Listings

Barterfull may, at its sole discretion and with no liability for doing so or not doing so, remove, hide, edit, re-categorize, restrict, suspend, ban, or decline to publish any listing or Content for any reason, no reason, or no stated reason, with or without cause or notice, subject only to applicable law.

4.4 Content License

By posting or otherwise making Content available on the Platform, you grant Barterfull a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free, perpetual, sublicensable, transferable license to host, store, use, reproduce, modify, adapt, publish, distribute, display, and otherwise exploit that Content to operate, improve, protect, and promote the Platform, subject to the Privacy Policy where personal information is involved.

4.5 Prohibited Content

Listings and other Content must not contain anything prohibited by these Terms or by the incorporated policies.

Without limiting any incorporated Prohibited Content List or other policy, Members must not list, request, offer, trade, promote, or facilitate illegal, unsafe, stolen, counterfeit, recalled, hazardous, regulated, or restricted goods or services, including weapons, controlled substances, illegal drugs, prescription items, regulated medical items, adult or sexual services, human trafficking, exploitative services, fraudulent services, or any other goods, services, or conduct that Barterfull determines may create legal, safety, reputational, or operational risk.

5. Offers and Trades

5.1 Offers

Trades are initiated through offers exchanged between Members through the Platform. Offer mechanics, states, and limitations may be described on the Platform or in incorporated policies.

5.2 Trade Formation

When Members mutually accept an offer through the Platform, a Trade is formed directly between those Members. Barterfull is not a party to that Trade.

5.3 Member Responsibility for Trades

Members are solely responsible for inspecting goods, evaluating services, arranging meetings, exchanging goods or services, complying with applicable laws, and resolving issues with each other. Barterfull does not compel performance of Trades and specific performance is not an available remedy against Barterfull.

5.4 Barterfull Is Not a Party to Trades

Barterfull only provides tools that allow Members to find each other and arrange Trades. Barterfull does not hold goods in escrow, process money on behalf of Trades, guarantee Trade completion, guarantee quality or legality, inspect goods or services, or assume custody of any item.

5.5 Shipping, Delivery, and Transfer Risk

Members are solely responsible for any pickup, delivery, shipment, transfer, installation, return, storage, packaging, carrier selection, insurance, tracking, loss, theft, delay, damage, misdelivery, non-delivery, or other logistics related to a Trade. Barterfull is not a carrier, shipper, delivery service, warehouse, bailee, insurer, or logistics provider and is not responsible for lost, stolen, damaged, delayed, misdelivered, unsafe, or undelivered items.

5.6 Off-Platform Conduct

Members must not use the Platform to avoid Platform rules, records, moderation, dispute tools, or other protections by improperly moving negotiations or Trades off-platform in violation of the Off-Platform Policy.

Barterfull is not responsible for communications, meetings, payments, shipments, deliveries, services, agreements, disputes, injuries, losses, or other interactions that occur outside the Platform or outside Platform-provided tools, even if the interaction began on or related to the Platform.

6. Reviews

6.1 Review System

The Platform may allow Members to leave reviews or ratings regarding other Members or Trades.

6.2 Prohibited Review Conduct

Members must not submit fake reviews, trade reviews for compensation, use reviews to extort or coerce, or include prohibited or irrelevant content.

6.3 Barterfull’s Role in Reviews

Reviews are Member-generated Content. Barterfull does not endorse, guarantee, or verify reviews and may remove, restrict, delay, or refuse to publish reviews at its sole discretion.

7. Circles

7.1 Circles Generally

The Platform may allow users to create, join, or participate in Circles or other community group features.

7.2 Circle Administration

Barterfull may approve, reject, limit, suspend, or remove Circles, Circle membership features, or Circle-related Content at its sole discretion.

7.3 Circle Visibility

Circle-related visibility settings do not create confidentiality obligations by Barterfull or by other Members unless Barterfull expressly states otherwise in writing.

8. Chat and Communications

8.1 Messaging

Barterfull may provide in-Platform chat, messaging, or communication tools.

8.2 Acceptable Use

You may not use the Platform’s communication features to harass, threaten, defraud, spam, discriminate, solicit prohibited conduct, distribute malware, violate privacy rights, or otherwise violate these Terms or applicable law.

8.3 Monitoring and Records

Barterfull may monitor, review, retain, disclose, flag, filter, or remove communications to enforce these Terms, comply with law, investigate misconduct, protect the Platform, or for other lawful business purposes, subject to the Privacy Policy.

Barterfull has no general obligation to monitor, screen, police, verify, edit, remove, or prevent any Content, listing, message, Trade, Member conduct, or interaction. Any monitoring, moderation, investigation, safety review, enforcement action, or failure to take such action is discretionary and does not create a duty to prevent harm, discover violations, or enforce these Terms in any particular way.

9. Credits

Barterfull Credits (“Credits”) are a feature of membership and are governed by the Credits Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms.

Credits are not money, currency, legal tender, cryptocurrency, a bank account, a deposit, stored value, prepaid access, a payment instrument, a security, an investment contract, or any other financial product. Credits have no cash value unless expressly required by law. Credits may be modified, revoked, canceled, or discontinued by Barterfull as described in these Terms, the Credits Policy, or as otherwise permitted by law.

You are solely responsible for determining, reporting, collecting, withholding, and paying any taxes, duties, fees, assessments, or other governmental charges that may apply to your use of the Platform, your Content, your listings, your Trades, your receipt or provision of goods or services, or your use of Credits. Barterfull does not provide tax advice and is not responsible for valuing Trades, issuing tax forms except where legally required, or determining whether any Trade creates taxable income, sales tax, use tax, business tax, reporting obligations, or other tax consequences.

10. Platform Rules

You must follow these Terms and all incorporated policies and must not help others violate them. Without limitation, you must not:

Participation Standards Barterfull is an active trading community, not a listing directory. Accounts that show no meaningful platform activity — including no responses to messages, no offers made or accepted, and no Trades completed — within 90 days may be subject to listing suppression, account restriction, suspension, or removal at Barterfull's sole discretion.

11. Intellectual Property

11.1 Barterfull’s Rights

The Platform, excluding Member Content, is owned by Barterfull or its licensors and is protected by intellectual property laws. Except for the limited rights expressly granted in these Terms, no rights are granted to you.

11.2 Member Content License to Other Members

You may grant other Members a limited right to view or access your Content solely as necessary to use the Platform and participate in Trades.

11.3 Feedback

If you provide feedback, ideas, or suggestions, Barterfull may use them without restriction or compensation to you.

If you believe Content on the Platform infringes your copyright, you may submit a notice under the Copyright Policy to support@barterfull.com.

12. Disputes Between Members and Trade Issues

12.1 Member-to-Member Disputes

Disputes between Members are solely between those Members. Barterfull has no obligation to resolve, mediate, investigate, enforce, or adjudicate disputes between Members, although Barterfull may choose to take action regarding Platform use, accounts, Credits, listings, or Content.

Barterfull does not promise to resolve Member disputes, determine who is right or wrong, compel any Member to complete a Trade, require a refund or replacement, award Credits, compensate any Member, or enforce any agreement between Members. Any decision by Barterfull to review, escalate, restrict, suspend, ban, or take no action regarding a dispute is discretionary and does not create any duty or liability.

12.2 Administrative Role Only

If Barterfull becomes involved in a Trade Issue, complaint, or report, Barterfull acts only in an administrative capacity to manage Platform features, records, moderation, safety processes, Credits features, or enforcement decisions. Nothing in these Terms creates a fiduciary, quasi-fiduciary, mediator, escrow, or adjudicative duty on the part of Barterfull.

Barterfull is not an emergency response service, crisis service, law enforcement agency, medical provider, rescue service, or safety monitoring service. If you believe there is an emergency, immediate danger, medical issue, crime, threat, or urgent safety concern, you should contact 911 or the appropriate local emergency, medical, law enforcement, or crisis response service.

12.3 Cooperation

You agree to cooperate in good faith and provide information Barterfull reasonably requests in connection with reports, investigations, disputes, safety concerns, suspected misconduct, or enforcement matters.

13. Termination, Suspension, and Other Measures

13.1 Term

These Terms remain effective until terminated by you or Barterfull.

13.2 Termination by You

You may terminate these Terms by closing your account and ceasing use of the Platform.

13.3 Termination or Suspension by Barterfull

Barterfull may, at any time and at its sole discretion, with or without notice and without liability except as required by law, suspend, limit, deactivate, ban, or terminate your account or access to the Platform; remove, restrict, suspend, ban, or refuse to display any listing, profile, review, message, photo, image, file, or other Content; cancel pending offers or Trades in Platform records; revoke or cancel Credits; or take any other enforcement action if Barterfull believes you have violated these Terms, applicable law, or posed risk or exposure to the Platform, Members, or third parties. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Barterfull may also refuse service, remove or refuse to display any listing, profile, review, message, photo, image, file, or other Content, or suspend, restrict, limit, ban, deactivate, or terminate any account, listing, feature, or access to the Platform, at any time, with or without notice, in Barterfull's sole discretion, for any reason, no reason, or no stated reason, with or without cause.

13.4 Effect of Enforcement

If Barterfull takes enforcement action, you may lose access to your account, Content, records, listings, messages, reviews, or Credits, subject to applicable law and the Appeals Policy if one applies.

13.5 Data, Records, and Availability

Barterfull does not guarantee that any account, listing, message, photo, image, file, review, Trade record, Credit record, or other Content or data will be stored, preserved, backed up, recoverable, available, accurate, complete, or accessible at any particular time. You are responsible for keeping your own copies of information you need, subject to these Terms and applicable law.

Barterfull may take any action it determines reasonably necessary to comply with law or with requests or orders from courts, regulators, law enforcement, or government authorities. Barterfull may also report suspected unlawful activity to law enforcement or other authorities at its sole discretion.

14. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Platform may be modified, updated, interrupted, restricted, suspended, discontinued, unavailable, delayed, inaccurate, or contain errors at any time, including during beta, testing, maintenance, security, abuse-prevention, operational, or business changes. Barterfull may add, remove, limit, rename, redesign, discontinue, or change any feature, policy, listing category, Circle feature, Credits feature, moderation tool, or Platform function at any time, with or without notice, subject to applicable law.

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, THE PLATFORM AND ALL CONTENT, LISTINGS, REVIEWS, TRADES, CREDITS, COMMUNICATIONS, AND OTHER MATERIALS OR SERVICES PROVIDED THROUGH THE PLATFORM ARE PROVIDED “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE,” WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, WHETHER EXPRESS, IMPLIED, OR STATUTORY.

BARTERFULL DISCLAIMS ALL WARRANTIES, INCLUDING IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, TITLE, NON-INFRINGEMENT, QUIET ENJOYMENT, ACCURACY, AVAILABILITY, SAFETY, QUALITY, SUITABILITY, COMPLETENESS, AND FREEDOM FROM ERRORS, VIRUSES, OR HARMFUL COMPONENTS.

WITHOUT LIMITING THE FOREGOING, BARTERFULL DOES NOT WARRANT OR REPRESENT THAT ANY MEMBER, LISTING, GOOD, SERVICE, REVIEW, CONTENT, TRADE, VERIFICATION, SCREENING, COMMUNICATION, OR INTERACTION IS REAL, SAFE, LEGAL, ACCURATE, COMPLETE, SUITABLE, OR WILL MEET YOUR EXPECTATIONS.

Content, listings, messages, reviews, safety materials, help materials, and other information available through the Platform are provided for general informational purposes only and are not legal, tax, financial, medical, veterinary, safety, employment, insurance, professional, or other regulated advice. You are responsible for obtaining appropriate professional advice before relying on any information or entering any Trade.

15. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, BARTERFULL AND ITS AFFILIATES, AND THEIR RESPECTIVE OFFICERS, DIRECTORS, MANAGERS, MEMBERS, EMPLOYEES, AGENTS, CONTRACTORS, LICENSORS, AND SERVICE PROVIDERS, WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, EXEMPLARY, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR FOR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS, REVENUE, BUSINESS, OPPORTUNITY, GOODWILL, DATA, OR OTHER INTANGIBLE LOSSES, ARISING OUT OF OR RELATING TO THESE TERMS, THE PLATFORM, ANY CONTENT, ANY REVIEW, ANY CREDITS, ANY LISTING, ANY TRADE, OR ANY INTERACTION BETWEEN MEMBERS, EVEN IF ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES.

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, BARTERFULL’S TOTAL LIABILITY FOR ANY CLAIM ARISING OUT OF OR RELATING TO THESE TERMS OR THE PLATFORM WILL NOT EXCEED THE GREATER OF: (A) ONE HUNDRED U.S. DOLLARS (USD $100); OR (B) THE AMOUNT, IF ANY, YOU PAID DIRECTLY TO BARTERFULL IN THE TWELVE (12) MONTHS BEFORE THE EVENT GIVING RISE TO THE CLAIM.

THE LIMITATIONS IN THIS SECTION APPLY REGARDLESS OF THE THEORY OF LIABILITY AND EVEN IF ANY LIMITED REMEDY FAILS OF ITS ESSENTIAL PURPOSE, EXCEPT TO THE EXTENT PROHIBITED BY APPLICABLE LAW.

16. Release and Indemnification

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, you agree to release, defend (at Barterfull’s option), indemnify, and hold harmless Barterfull and its affiliates, and their respective officers, directors, managers, members, employees, agents, contractors, licensors, and service providers from and against any claims, demands, liabilities, damages, losses, judgments, settlements, fines, penalties, costs, and expenses, including reasonable attorneys’ fees, arising out of or relating to:

17. Barterfull’s Role

Barterfull is a technology platform that allows Members to create listings, communicate, and arrange Trades with one another. Barterfull is not a seller, buyer, reseller, dealer, supplier, broker, agent, representative, employer, principal, bailee, carrier, shipper, warehouse, insurer, guarantor, escrow provider, payment processor, or fiduciary with respect to Member activity or Trades.

Members act independently from Barterfull and from one another. No Member is an employee, agent, partner, joint venturer, representative, contractor, service provider, fiduciary, or legal representative of Barterfull merely by using the Platform, creating a listing, joining a Circle, communicating with another Member, or participating in a Trade. Members have no authority to bind Barterfull, make commitments on Barterfull’s behalf, or represent that they act for or on behalf of Barterfull.

Barterfull does not control and is not responsible for the conduct, acts, omissions, quality, legality, safety, timing, delivery, condition, authenticity, ownership, or existence of Members, listings, goods, services, reviews, or Trades.

If a Member offers, provides, requests, or receives services through or in connection with the Platform, that Member is solely responsible for any required licenses, permits, registrations, qualifications, training, insurance, tax obligations, safety practices, legal compliance, service quality, results, injuries, damages, losses, or disputes. Barterfull is not the provider, employer, contractor, supervisor, guarantor, insurer, or certifier of any Member service and does not verify or guarantee any Member’s qualifications, licensing, insurance, ability, suitability, or compliance.

Members are solely responsible for evaluating whether any food, beverage, plant, animal, childcare, eldercare, pet care, transportation, home repair, construction, electrical, plumbing, cleaning, wellness, beauty, health-related, fitness, tutoring, professional, technical, or other good or service is lawful, safe, appropriate, properly licensed, insured, permitted, and suitable for their needs. Barterfull does not inspect, supervise, certify, endorse, insure, or guarantee any such goods or services.

18. Screening, Verification, and Identity Tools

Barterfull may offer, directly or through third parties, identity checks, verification badges, screening tools, or related safety or trust features. Any such feature is provided for informational or administrative purposes only. Barterfull does not guarantee that any verification, screening, or badge confirms identity, trustworthiness, legality, or future conduct, or that it will prevent fraud, misconduct, or harm.

19. Disputes Between You and Barterfull

19.1 Agreement to Arbitrate

Except as otherwise provided in these Terms, you and Barterfull agree that any dispute, claim, or controversy arising out of or relating to these Terms, the Platform, or your relationship with Barterfull will be resolved by binding individual arbitration, and not in court.

19.2 Class Action Waiver

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, you and Barterfull agree that each may bring claims only in an individual capacity and not as a plaintiff or class member in any purported class, collective, coordinated, representative, mass, or private attorney general action or proceeding.

19.3 Exceptions

Nothing in this Section prevents either party from:

The arbitration will be administered by AAA under its applicable consumer or commercial arbitration rules, as applicable, except as modified by these Terms.

19.5 Arbitration Location and Format

Unless otherwise required by law or agreed by the parties, arbitration will be conducted in Spokane County, Washington or remotely, at Barterfull’s discretion or as required by the arbitration rules.

19.6 Governing Arbitration Law

This arbitration agreement is governed by the Federal Arbitration Act and applicable federal arbitration law.

19.7 Delegation

The arbitrator, and not any court or agency, will have exclusive authority to resolve disputes regarding the interpretation, applicability, enforceability, or formation of this arbitration agreement, including any claim that all or part of this arbitration agreement is void or voidable, except that a court may determine the enforceability of the class action waiver to the extent required by law.

19.8 Opt-Out

You may opt out of this arbitration agreement by sending a written opt-out notice within thirty (30) days after you first agree to these Terms. The notice must include your full name, the email address associated with your account, and a clear statement that you wish to opt out of arbitration, and must be sent to support@barterfull.com.

19.9 Severability

If any portion of this Section 19 is found unenforceable, that portion will be severed and the remainder will be enforced to the maximum extent permitted by law, except that if the class action waiver is found unenforceable as to a particular claim or request for relief and all appeals have been exhausted, then that claim or request for relief will be decided by a court of competent jurisdiction and all other claims will remain subject to arbitration.

20. Governing Law and Venue

Except as provided in Section 19 and to the extent not preempted by federal law, these Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Washington, without regard to conflict-of-laws principles. If a dispute is not subject to arbitration, then, to the extent permitted by law, the exclusive venue will be the state or federal courts located in Spokane County, Washington, and you consent to personal jurisdiction there.

Barterfull may provide notices to you by email, Platform notification, posting, or any other contact method associated with your account.

21.2 Notices to Barterfull

22. General Provisions

22.1 Entire Agreement

These Terms and the incorporated policies constitute the entire agreement between you and Barterfull regarding your use of the Platform and supersede prior or contemporaneous understandings relating to the same subject matter.

22.2 No Waiver

Failure to enforce any provision is not a waiver.

22.3 Severability

If any provision of these Terms other than Section 19 is held unenforceable, the remaining provisions will remain in effect to the maximum extent permitted by law.

22.4 Assignment

You may not assign or transfer these Terms without Barterfull’s prior written consent. Barterfull may assign or transfer these Terms, in whole or in part, without restriction, subject to applicable law.

22.5 No Agency or Partnership

Nothing in these Terms creates any agency, partnership, joint venture, employment, contractor, fiduciary, representative, or similar relationship between you and Barterfull. Members are independent from Barterfull and are solely responsible for their own acts, omissions, decisions, listings, offers, Trades, communications, meetings, deliveries, services, and interactions.

22.6 Third-Party Services

The Platform may contain links to or integrations with third-party services. Barterfull is not responsible for third-party services or content.

22.7 Survival

Any provisions that by their nature should survive termination will survive, including Sections 3, 4.4, 9, 11, 12, 13, 14, 15, 16, 17, 19, 20, 21, and 22.

You consent to receive communications, agreements, notices, disclosures, and records electronically and agree that electronic communications satisfy any legal requirement that such communications be in writing, to the maximum extent permitted by law. You may withdraw consent by closing your account or by contacting Barterfull at support@barterfull.com, but withdrawal will not affect the validity of communications previously delivered.

These Terms are ed in English. Any translation is for convenience only. If any translated version conflicts with the English version, the English version controls to the extent permitted by law.
