What if someone wants to trade with me but I don't want to trade with them?

We have a built-in easy button that sends a polite message that says "No thanks, I'm not looking for that right now."

What if I only want to trade with people who offer a specific skill or service?

When you set up your profile you can choose exactly which categories of listings are allowed to contact you. You can go broad like Health and Wellness, or narrow it down to something specific like Massage Therapists only.

What if I have a high value item and don't want everyone messaging me?

You can choose to only be contacted by people who have a listing of equal or greater value. You stay in control.

What if I just want someone to see what I have without setting up a trade?

Tap Share My Profile. They get your profile and all your listings straight to their inbox. They will contact you if they are interested.

How do I ask a question about someone else's listing?

Built-in message and chat buttons are throughout the app on listing detail pages and profile pages.

What if real money changes hands between me and someone I'm trading with?

That is entirely between you and the other person. Barterfull does not monitor or participate in any off-app transactions. We are simply helping you find each other.
